“Cho In A Single Sitting,” called “Cho Dentok Chikma” in Tibetan, is a rare treasure in the Ear-Whispered Lineage, a shorter Cho practice that includes the essence of Cho journey from the beginning to the end, as if it were an elixir of Cho practice. The entire practice is done with beautiful haunting melodies that have come from the dakinis and has been carried through the Machik Dakini Ear-Whispered Lineage.
