New Year Subtle Body Training - The Art of Moving and Resting

In this time of continued challenges, we have been called to stand in the space of transforming our challenges and pain into our own courage, wisdom, and unconditional love by taking responsibility for the welfare of all beings. In this place we are resting while moving and moving while resting.

Begin 2021, "the year of transformation," with a Dakini’s Whisper, 5-week series of SBT in which we will delve into the art of moving and resting mind and body through the sequencing of the subtle body movements. Each session will entail a short check-in meditation and a series of subtle body training exercises, concluded by Mahamudra meditation.

Dakini’s Whisper subtle body training offers an integrative approach to a spiritual journey through body-based contemplative and embodied practices. Fully rooted in the ancient Tantric tradition, each class will assist us in connecting deeper with our inner experience of the awakened body, speech, and mind along with our sense of where we are in the larger expanse of space on our life journey.
