In the face of global upheavals, our body’s physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual system can become unbalanced, needing attention and nourishment. At times like this, the internal and external elements are calling us to come back home.
Come join us for this Four-Week Restorative and Meditation Series based on Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra. Nourish all the systems of your body and mind; renew health and harmony to your life where global renewal also starts; and learn how you can integrate restorative postures into your daily lives to live more from the heart, not from a place of fear, but from the joy, compassion, and love that are who you truly are.
These restorative practices are suitable to all levels of physical ability and are done on the floor, with or without a chair, as well as standing. It will be helpful to have the following props or your own substitutes:
