Dakinis Subtle Body Training (DSBT) is a transformative spiritual journey that weaves together subtle body-oriented practice techniques and advanced tantric theory with chanting, meditation, and pranayama practices. Each class invites you to be inspired by and to embody one of the human dakinis who has been celebrated in the Tibetan tradition as an awakened human expression of the Feminine Principle.
Step into the rich world of Tantric Buddhist practice, fully embodying, in an accessible and benign way, a sublime awakened body, speech, and mind. Bring your Tantric practice into daily life through awakened expression. This series makes available a unique and evolutionary home study experience, potentially resulting in genuine transformation.
