    Benefits of Subtle Body Training

    I've found Khandro-la's subtle body training and / or Tibetan yoga training of enormous benefit - both physically and as a means of integrating the Cho process. 'when the mind moves, the body follows' - I think this is a quote from somewhere and something I've experienced in these sessions. Much more than physical exercise more a subtle but powerful transformative process.
