    SBT in Dharma and life

    in Subtle Body & Therapeutic

Practicing Subtle Body Training with Khandro-La has really deepened by practice and my journey through life by opening the subtle body experience and its relationship to the Dharma. I can use the exercises away from class to deepen my Dharma practice and to rest when emotional obscurations arise or when too excited by conceptual concepts.

I agree, Betty. I feel so much more connected to my body...so much more than my coarse, physical body. These practices have helped me to experience the sadhana as well as mantra recitation and Mahamudra meditation in a deeper way.
