Duration: 5 Weeks
5 Saturdays - November 14, 21, 28, December 12, and 19
In an era marked by heightened anxiety, social division, and collective grief, how do we turn toward our deepest fears rather than running from them? Originating in 11th-century Tibet through the visionary wisdom of Machik Labdrön, the practice of Chö ("Cutting") offers a radical answer: instead of battling our obstacles, we invite them in, offering our self-cherishing to transform fear, trauma, and suffering into boundless nectar and spacious freedom.
The intention of this 5-week course is to bridge ancient Vajrayana wisdom with contemporary living. Through a blend of rigorous theoretical study, sacred liturgy, somatic exploration, and open dialogue, this program invites practitioners, scholars, and meditators to cultivate unwavering courage, compassionate resilience, and direct insight into the non-dual nature of mind.
