Through our Lama Chopa series, we have been laying the foundation for Guru Yoga practice. Following the commentary on this profound practice, KL will offer detailed commentary and practice advice on the long Six-Session Guru Yoga as a commitment for Highest Yoga Tantra practitioners.

While there are short, medium, and long variations of the Six-Session Guru Yoga within the Geluk tradition, keeping this daily commitment is the essential basis of tantric practice for all who engage in Highest Yoga Tantra. This intensive will provide the necessary instructions to confidently maintain and deepen this vital daily practice.
