Dakini's Subtle Body Training (DSBT)

Is a transformative spiritual journey weaving together subtle body-oriented practice techniques. It incorporates tantric theory with mudra, mantra, meditation, and pranayama practices, as well as modern knowledge of biomechanics, fascia training, and other yoga therapeutic practices.


Pranayama & Tsa Lung Practice

All the yogic practices including Pranayama (breathwork) and Tsa-lung (Psychic Energy Pathways and Psychic Energy Wind) have been developed to assist yogis and yoginis' realization of their true nature. In the Subtle Body Training, we would like to move into the subtler and deeper realm of the body of intelligence by exploring the internal reality of these exercises.

Specifically, this last Subtle Body Training series of 2019 culminates with the exploration of pranayama and tsa-lung, which run throughout the subtle body. During this five-week journey, each week of the series will build upon the prior week. If you are not ready to move on to the next week, you may take 2 weeks to practice Week One. Class materials will be provided. This series will offer you the basic experiential knowledge of the subtle body that assists you in deepening your meditation and Vajrayana practice.

Learn a series of pranayama and tsa-lung techniques experientially in order to help you stimulate and awaken the source within and deepen your own radiance and inner beauty. Integrated Buddhist Tantric Practice

Fully rooted in the ancient Tantric tradition, each class assists you in connecting with the inner experience of the internal, emotional, and psychological, as well as physical body sensations and subtle body alchemical transformation. 

Subtle body training is designed to support spiritual practitioners and those living in modernity to integrate spiritual psychology and advanced Vajrayana into a skillful practice for balancing body, heart, mind, and awareness. 

Whether you are just embarking on the path of Buddhist Tantric practice or yoga, or have been studying and teaching for years, we invite you to take the next step in your journey with Dakinis Subtle Body Training.


This class is open to all levels of physical ability. However, please notify us if there is any specific physical or mental condition of which we may need to be aware. Please do not eat one hour before the class.
