Another Ryokan's - longing for climbing up to my "Great Compassion Hall" and gazing into "Dragon King Spring"...

"I climb to Great Compassion Hall
And gaze out at the clouds and haze,
Ancient trees stretch toward the sky,
A fresh breeze whispers of ten thousand generations.
Below, Dragon King Spring--
So pure you can see right to its source.
To passersby, I shout,
"Come and see yourself mirrored in the water!"
Oh, to see "right to" the source of the Dragon King Spring from the view of the Great Compassion Hall! It seems like a steep climb and yet, I sense we are there already.
When I read things like this, my mind wanders to where in Pemako this lays and which part of Vajrayogini's blessed body it is hidden in. Clouds there touch the ground and in the same breath the sky, the passerby could be the smell of rhododendrons or the sound of hoofs in the distance. But in all that, She is found and I wonder if the excitement in the reflection is the Dragon of Compassion sharing my own eyes!
