Turn daily life into sādhanā through a direct, embodied transmission of Dakini Subtle Body Yoga.


This four-week immersive series offers a living bridge between meditation on the cushion and life off the cushion. Through movement, breath, chanting, and awareness, participants learn to embody the Dharma so that every moment becomes the path of awakening—for the benefit of all beings. Rooted in the Dakini Ear-Whispered Lineage, this practice harmonizes body, mind, and view, allowing awakening to be lived rather than conceptualized.



What Is Dakini Subtle Body Yoga?

Dakini Subtle Body Yoga is rooted in Buddhist Tantra and works directly with the body’s subtle energetic pathways (tsa, lung, tiglé). Chöying Khandro brings this ancient lineage practice into contemporary life through her refined understanding of embodied movement, somatic awareness, and expressive flow, allowing the teachings to be felt directly through the body.


This embodied practice weaves together:

  • Gentle, precise movement

  • Breath and subtle awareness

  • Sacred mantra chanting

  • Playful, spontaneous movement, song, and poetry

  • Meditative integration


By preparing the body as a living support for meditation, Dakini Subtle Body Yoga opens a gateway to deep inner transformation, where realization is felt, lived, and embodied.

Course Structure

Each week unfolds sequentially, guiding participants from grounding to full integration.


Week 1 — The Body as the Path

Grounding & Presence

Establish embodied awareness and learn to experience the body as the mandala of awakening. Gentle movements release tension and cultivate stability, safety, and presence.


Week 2 — Opening the Channels

Breath & Energy Flow

Work with breath, movement, and vibration to open energetic pathways. As subtle winds flow more freely, the mind naturally settles and clarity deepens.


Week 3 — Embodying View

Wisdom in Motion

Integrate emptiness, awareness, and compassion through the body. Movement arises from presence rather than effort, revealing the subtle body as wisdom in form.


Week 4 — Life as Sādhanā

Integration On & Off the Cushion

Bring subtle body awareness into emotions, relationships, and daily activities. Practice becomes continuous, and life itself is revealed as the path.
