Chöying Khandro brings her 50 years of training and 20 years of teaching experience into the DW TRAINING model. She extends an invitation to join this awakening path, rooted in tradition yet tailored for today's practitioners. While balancing daily life obligations, you can advance at your own pace through the Five Levels and Three Streams. By following in the footsteps of ancient masters, you can navigate your awakening journey confidently on a clear path.
One of the three streams, SUBTLE BODY YOGA, along with CHÖ MASTERY and DAKINI LAMRIM, forms a comprehensive trilogy, offering a holistic approach to spiritual development.
ABOUT SUBTLE BODY YOGA
SUBTLE BODY YOGA (SBY), developed by Chöying Khandro, integrates body awareness, breath, energy wind, and drops to create a synergistic practice. Through intentional and spontaneous movements and exercises, SBY facilitates the opening of the heart, activates the subtle body, and cultivates conditions for the manifestation of the subtlest mind. By clearing energy blockages, SBY enables practitioners to enhance energy flow and eventually connect with the subtlest levels of consciousness. The efficacy of SBY is evidenced by the attainment of the Buddha Body and Buddha Mind by many advanced tantric practitioners and masters through mastery of wind energy and mind.
SBY offers numerous benefits, ranging from improved general health to full spiritual awakening. With her extensive training in mind and body practices, Khandro-la guides students in experiencing and experimenting with these ancient Tibetan techniques in a contemporary context. Through SBY, the spontaneous dance and joy of Tibetan yogis are brought to life in the modern world. It serves as an ideal complement to the CHÖ MASTERY and DAKINI LAMRIM Streams of the DW Training.

SUBTLE BODY YOGA IN FIVE LEVELS
The curriculum of the SUBTLE BODY YOGA Stream spans five levels, each building upon the previous one, leading to a deepening of the subtle body experience. Therefore, we encourage you to engage deeply with each level by studying, contemplating, and fully immersing yourself in its components. Simply attending a class, watching a video, or receiving a transmission is insufficient. Practice is key—immersing oneself in the movements, breathing techniques, and methods of subtle body yoga practice is essential for true understanding and mastery.
Progressing through each level may require time, and there is no competition or rush to reach the end. Instead, the emphasis is on your personal, direct experience. We practice to cultivate the qualities of a Bodhisattva, benefiting both ourselves and all beings.
