When I heard "to go to the edge and then drop it" in Khandro-la's teaching, I was amazed by the whole idea, and I said "wow". Thanks for bringing this up Ellen💖. Whatever seemingly unfavoring conditions arise during the Retreat, that are pushing me to the edge. And when that happens, that's my chance to drop the afflictive perception of Louise. It's a long way to perfect this art, but being the little blue pea in a pod inside of Troma Nakmo's tummy is always my solace.

"Resting" in "Overwhelmedness", sounds like 2 conditions that do not go together at the same time. But somehow it seems like possible. Or maybe even simple when you see all these as the same energy (as on a dimmer switch). Please keep us posted, a very interesting thing.

The Four Noble Truth is something I recently keep coming back to. It seems like this very basic, fundamental, and rudimentary-step-one teaching of the Buddha is truly all pervasive, no matter how advanced-level the activity is categorized.
