Furthermore, a series of 5 teachings on Sundays (starting May 19) offers comprehensive insights and practical guidance, covering both the theoretical and practical implications of Chö practices, under the guidance of Khandro-la. These classes will help deepen your awakening journey with optimal focus and clarity.

This program offers comprehensive insights and practical guidance, for both novices and experienced practitioners of Chö, which encompasses theoretical knowledge, practical training, and experiential immersion. 

FEATURES

Comprehensive Training:

15 hours of in-depth exploration of Chö Vajrayana with Khandro-la, supplemented by 7.5 hours of practical fieldwork training.

Symbolic and Practical Elements:

Understanding the significance of the body, Chö implements, and Dakini symbolism, alongside hands-on training in rituals, chants, visualizations, and use of traditional instruments like damaru, kangling, and bell.

Healing and Growth:

Explore healing aspect of Chö in theory and practice. Learn the psychological implications of the ritual and how to integrate it into our lives and the world.

Foundational Insights:

Examination of Chö's historical and philosophical roots, with a focus on the Madhyamaka view of self/ego and the practice of "cutting through ego."

  • This is a sacred and auspicious occasion. Consider your participation to create a meaningful experience.

  • Observe silence as much as possible.

  • Stay present and be intentionally focused. While this can be difficult online, it impacts how you, and potentially others, experience the Empowerment.

  1. Arrive 5-10 mins early so you are ready when Khandro-la arrives.

  2. Keep your audio MUTED unless speaking. 

  3. Indicate your name as your Zoom name so we can be clear about who is with us.

  4. Keep your video in order to fully participate and be present with the teacher and the sangha.

  5. Use the hand-raise function ( Click the Reactions button on the Zoom platform) during sharing and Q&A time.
