DAKINI'S WHISPER SUNDAYS - Every Sunday (Sangha Session and Public Dharma Session)

Updated: Dec 9, 2020

In an effort to provide regular opportunities for DW sangha members to study, learn and practice together, as well as to offer a public assembly for other spiritual beings, Dakini’s Whisper Sundays presents Sangha Sunday sessions and Dharma Talk sessions. Dakini’s Whisper Sundays occur three Sundays per week (unless posted otherwise on our calendar).

Sangha Sunday session, 10 am - 11:30 am PST (1 - 2:30 pm EST) is a time for teachings and workshops that for the most part require either transmission or participation in Dakini’s Whisper as a Cho Mastery or Dakini Journey student. This is also a time for DW members to share, reflect and dialogue about their own direct practice experiences.

Dharma session, 12 noon - 1 pm PST (3 pm - 4 pm EST) is open to everyone and, consistent with our mission of inclusivity and accessibility, make ancient Buddhist teachings and practices, which are relevant to the modern lives we all live, available to a wider audience. These public teachings begin with a short guided meditation and are followed by a dharma talk on topics related to foundational Vajrayana Buddhist teachings and practices. During these sessions, Khandro-la will occasionally offer public transmissions of Ear-Whispered lineage practices along with commentary. Our intention is for each Sunday’s Dharma session to unfold as a unique opportunity to establish a spiritual container that nourishes participants’ journeys.

These sessions are offered on a sliding scale donation basis. No one will be turned away due to the lack of funds. Please see our approach to donation as well as how to donate here.
