How can you make each moment of life meaningful? Are you integrating the essence of Dharma practice into your daily life? Are you preparing for how you can best act at the time of death? The answer to these crucial questions resides in a Mahayana training called “The Five Forces.” The Five Forces are the essence of dharma practice to be applied during your lifetime and at the time of death. All Buddhist practitioners should study, practice, and familiarize themselves with the Five Forces on their awakening journey for the happiness of all beings.
In this public teaching series, Khandro-la will share the Five Forces’ guidelines and instructions based on the Buddhist Mahayana bodhisattva path. We’ll also explore how these ancient wisdom teachings can be applied to our modern-day circumstances and what blocks us from integrating these teachings into our lives.
