Subtle Body Sadhana

Integrate a Means of Realization into your Daily Life!

Beginning and Advanced Practitioners

Join us for an integrated practice of Subtle Body Training as Sadhana, Means of Realization! We'll learn a series of SB movements that we can practice at home as sadhana. The SB Sadhana can play a role as a form of exercise, gentle or vigorous, or as a therapeutic intervention. A variety of techniques are used that can facilitate healing energy for body, speech and mind. 

This series will be a perfect complementary practice to your daily spiritual practice. Sadhana will enliven your practice and your life with freshness and clear alignment with the natural state. The class can be done seated (floor or chair) or standing.

 

NOTES

  • This class is open to all levels of physical ability. However, please notify us if there is any specific physical condition of which we may need to be aware such as high blood pressure. 

  • Please do not eat one hour before the class.  

  • We will adapt both standing and seated postures and movements so please arrange the computer accordingly in advance. 

  • Also, please wear a light cloth that allows you to touch your skin directly.

​COST and REGISTRATION

Cost is $75 for Members and $95 for Non-Members; $20 for a Single “Drop-in” Class.
